If you notice a defect and are still within the warranty period, we invite you to visit one of our monobrand stores, bringing the item with you. If all warranty conditions are met, our client assistants will be able to advise you on the best solutions. Alternatively, you can contact our Client Service, including a description and photos of the problem to help us assist you more quickly.
To ensure the authenticity of its products, Diesel has implemented a special product authentication system: our items have been equipped with a special label containing a QR code and a 12-digit numerical code, which constitute the product's digital identity.
By scanning the QR code with a smartphone or visiting www.certilogo.com, you can verify whether the product is authentic or counterfeit.
