By selecting the size, you will also activate the "Find Your Size" service, that will guide you in selecting the size that best fits your body.

Please note that, should the item not fit as you expected, after delivery you can request a return or exchange according to our return terms and conditions.

After an initial assessment of the item, we will let you know if a repair is possible, or if we can find a suitable alternative solution. Please note that proof of purchase (or a receipt) will be required to access the after-sales service.

You can check the availability in Diesel stores from the product detail page, through the "Check in-store availability" link. If the item is in stock, it will be marked with a green icon; a yellow icon indicates that the product is not immediately available in that store, but we can have it there within a few days. We suggest ordering online with in-store pickup to ensure the items are reserved for you until you can collect them.

You do not need to register to access our product care and repair services. However, registered customers become members of House of Diesel and gain access to both after-sales assistance and a range of exclusive benefits – we encourage you to sign up now to allow us to assist you in the best way possible. Create an account on the registration page or directly in-store.

If you notice a defect and are still within the warranty period, we invite you to visit one of our monobrand stores, bringing the item with you. If all warranty conditions are met, our client assistants will be able to advise you on the best solutions. Alternatively, you can contact our Client Service, including a description and photos of the problem to help us assist you more quickly.

To ensure the authenticity of its products, Diesel has implemented a special product authentication system: our items have been equipped with a special label containing a QR code and a 12-digit numerical code, which constitute the product's digital identity.

By scanning the QR code with a smartphone or visiting www.certilogo.com, you can verify whether the product is authentic or counterfeit.
