You can send an order to a different Country/region from the one you are physically in by simply changing the location from the footer of the website. It's important to make sure the delivery address you enter matches the Country/region you selected, as our catalogue, services and prices may vary according to location.
Please check there are no spaces or other punctuation marks either before or after the code you are typing or copy-pasting, and that the code is written correctly (codes are case-sensitive.) Please note some promo codes cannot be used together with other offers, or you may need to log in in order to apply them. If you need further assistance, please contact our Client Service.
If we notice one or more items are no longer available when we start preparing your package, or that they have some kind of defect, we will remove these pieces from your order and notify you by email. We can assure you that the price of these items will not be charged.
If you paid by credit or debit card, you might still see the authorised sum including these items – timing for the authorisation to be updated depends on the bank that issued your card, however the final charge will always reflect the updated, lower order total.
Of course. You can download your purchase receipt from your account, in the Orders section, or from the "Track your order" page if you are not a registered House of Diesel member. Should you have any trouble downloading your receipt, please contact our Client Service, we will be happy to send it to you by email.
You can request a tax refund on items purchased in Diesel flagship stores. At the moment, it is not possible to claim a tax refund on online purchases. You will receive a receipt for your online order by email (you can also download the receipt from the website after delivery.)
