To cancel an order, whether it will be delivered in-store or at a personal address, please contact our Client Service as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it but you can request a return and receive a full refund once delivered.
Yes, you can delegate another person for the pickup. Please note the following documents are required: a delegation letter signed by you, a copy of your ID, a copy of the order confirmation (either printed or digital), and valid ID of the person collecting the package.
On the product page, select the size and click "Check in-store availability." Enter your location to verify availability at your nearest store. If you see a green icon, the selected item is immediately available; you can purchase it online and pick it up in-store the same day. A yellow icon means the product is not available in that specific store, but we can order it for you within a few days. You can also check availability during checkout when selecting "In-store Pickup."
