In-store services

You can pick up your order at your nearest Diesel store for no extra charge. Select "In-Store Pick Up" during checkout to see the location of the stores where this service is available.

We will send you an e-mail as soon as the items are available in the store. You have 7 days to collect the package.

If an item is marked "Available for pickup today" in the cart, it's in stock at the selected store.. By completing the order online by 4pm, you can collect it the same day. Orders placed after 4pm will be available the following day.

When collecting your order, please bring with you:

  • a valid ID
  • the order confirmation or delivery confirmation email (either printed or on a mobile device)

If the order is not collected within 7 days of delivery, you will be contacted by our Client Service. In case we do not receive any feedback, the purchase will be canceled and refunded.

You can return the items directly to a Diesel store (check the list of stores where this service is available).

Please follow this procedure:

  • Provide our client assistants with the details of your order and the items you have chosen to return; they will proceed with the standard quality checks.
  • If the item is accepted, the refund will be issued against the payment method originally used for purchase.

The timing for the credit to show in your account statement will depend on the payment method and on banking procedures.

Please note returns in store follow the same terms and conditions as online returns.

It is not possible to exchange items at Diesel stores. Our client assistants will be happy to help you return any items you do not want to keep, and you can purchase a new item right away if you wish.

Faq

To cancel an order, whether it will be delivered in-store or at a personal address, please contact our Client Service as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it but you can request a return and receive a full refund once delivered.

Yes, you can delegate another person for the pickup. Please note the following documents are required: a delegation letter signed by you, a copy of your ID, a copy of the order confirmation (either printed or digital), and valid ID of the person collecting the package.

On the product page, select the size and click "Check in-store availability." Enter your location to verify availability at your nearest store. If you see a green icon, the selected item is immediately available; you can purchase it online and pick it up in-store the same day. A yellow icon means the product is not available in that specific store, but we can order it for you within a few days. You can also check availability during checkout when selecting "In-store Pickup."
